Tanner's New Company Headquarters
Awarded a Citation from the American Institute of Architects in 2007, 58 Lindsley stands out as a dramatic, contemporary building nestled beside an early 20th century Victorian house typical of the neighborhood.
The conference room sits at the center of the building and is filled with natural light from a wall of full-length windows along one wall and a series of ceiling-height windows on the other wall.
The 25 ft.-high ceiling has a row of windows at the peak of the shed roof. The natural light, angular lines, and crisp white walls add to the urban, contemporary design.
Just beyond 58 Lindsley across Hermitage Avenue is the new Rolling Mill Hill development, a Metropolitan Nashville initiative that will enhance the increasing focus on urban living.
