At Tanner we understand this theory and we put it into practice.
Each project requires a combination
of skills. Tanner project teams draw from our associates'
expertise to fit the project's specific needs.
Our operational experience includes business analysis, organizational
development, strategic planning, change management, and project
management in industries as diverse as banking, hospital management,
and retail sales.
In the early stages of a project, we use our skills in needs
assessment, task analysis, interviewing, research, and database
analysis and design.
During project development, we apply our experience in technical
and scientific writing and editing, indexing, job aid design,
ISO 9000 requirements, forms design and development, graphic
design, technical illustration, multimedia scripting, and
web page design and development.
For training- and education-related projects, we pull from
our experience in designing and developing classroom-based
as well as distance learning programs, CBT programs and interactive
training systems, courseware development, and classroom facilitation.
Our core staff embodies a diversity of experience and proficiences.
